The Goodman Process

Step 1
Get the Material Moving
Once your project is set in place, we order the highest quality of materials for your roof. A 33% deposit secures your spot in the schedule and puts the logistics in motion.
Step 2
Meet Your Project Manager
We assign a dedicated point person to your job, who will be in direct communication with you throughout the project. This person will coordinate delivery timelines, staging plans, and material placement.
Step 3
Prepare the Site
Upon delivery of the materials, we prep the site for installation. Our team adjusts the smallest of details, from lawn protection to equipment setup, to go the extra mile to protect your property.
Step 4
Precision Installation Begins
Our crew gets to work executing your vision. We install your roof with extra attention to craftsmanship, supported by ongoing site monitoring and milestone invoicing.
Step 5
Final Inspection & Project Closeout
We walk the roof and grounds one final time to ensure all is complete and clean, and confirm every detail meets both your standards and ours. A final invoice is issued and you receive your industry-leading warranty on a roof you (and your neighbors) love that makes your home stand out for all the right reasons.
